A refrigeration dryer has a working point of between 3-5 ºC tdp. There are several matters that can cause an increase of the dew point value and which may result in water entering into the installation – and thus to considerable technical and economic problems.
By having a dew point sensor installed after the dryer, you can ensure that at the very same time at which an dryer problem occurs, you receive an alarm so that customer can act quickly before the water enters the installation.
The big problem in this sector is the users’ lack of awareness of the high costs arising by water entering the compressed air line.
