Measurement and control of the flow rate in a production of compressed air in the cosmetics sector.
Compressed air in this sector is of great importance for the development of all processes. Poorly distributed compressed air can lead to unnecessary energy costs. This is why it is important to combat leaks and ensure that the compressed air pipes are correctly distributed in order to minimise pressure losses.
Energy costs are on the rise and only when the consumption of individual machines or equipment is known, potential savings can be exploited.
In this case the customer has four large branches and each one distributes to a series of machines such as labellers, palletisers, fillers, etc…
Over the years the energy consumption of this production has increased and they want to know the flow rate of each machine and the branch that distributes it.

Step 1: Measure -> Step 2: Analyze -> Step 3: Evaluate -> Step 4: Measurements
Advantages of use:
- Display of flow in ( m³/h or cfm) and total consumption in (m³ or cf, L, Kg )
- Temperature measurement
- Real measurement of flow and total consumption which will allow us to save energy and costs in the production lines
- Knowledge of possible leaks in the line
